Once Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson were at church together in Hamburg they knew that there was no turning back. Ashley was only 17 and had never had a relationship in a relationship with another man prior to that. They took the relationship very slow. The couple immediately fell in love. Andrew prayed at New Year's Eve, right ahead of the beginning of the new year in 2016, to God would give him a last blessing this year. That Ashley would marry him. Ashley had always wanted a wooden folk themed wedding, as it represented Andrew and her. Their wedding day included everything they loved. Ashley was born in the 40-acre property that was chosen as the venue. The trail that they took down to the field the couple said I do in Ashley was a keen observer and played on all of it. Andrew and Ashley were also walking around in this spot several times since they started dating. Since the wedding was almost entirely DIY, personalization was an important role. Andrew Ashley's father and Andrew designed the arch for the ceremony and seating area, while Ashley was in charge of designing and painting. Ashley claims that we might have never had the magic wedding that I imagined it wasn't for Anna's floral design. Absolutely stunning.
